SPECIFICATIONS POINT TABLE FREESTYLE MEN

VERSION 19.4
Planche
The grip variations to the standard will be worth a further increase through Significance Bonus 1, 2, 3.
Loss of line, failure to reach the plan etc, will be considered cumulative errors up to the cancellation of the push.
In the event of failure to keep the 2" but with a transition to a propaedeutic without loss of the line, e.g. full planche to std planche, the evaluation will be equal to the sum of half of both skills
In the Maltese on the ground, the forearms must be lifted from the ground or a malus of -25% will be applied.
In case of repetition of push and/or pull without appreciable blocks (B.A. or S.A.), a malus of -10% will be applied.
In the event of repetition of push and/or pull in a bounced manner (B.A. or S.A.) or with a start without initial lock, a malus of -50% will be applied.
To be considered valid, a repetition must start from an appreciable block and according to the standard canons of the prefixed skill.
Significance Bonus 2 first push and then hold isometry.
Performed on parallel bars with handle on the vertical part in wide form
Press to handstand
The press, strictly with outstretched arms. Bending the arms, or changing the body's attitude, will lead to malus up to the cancellation.
The grip variations to the standard will be worth a further increase through Significance Bonus 1, 2, 3.
Loss of line, failure to reach the plan etc, will be considered cumulative errors up to the cancellation of the press.
In the Maltese on the ground, the forearms must be lifted from the ground or a malus of -25% will be applied.
Significance Bonus 2, first perform isometry seal and then press.
Front lever
The grip variations to the standard will be worth a further increase through Significance Bonus 1, 2, 3.
Fl closed refers to the isometric seal of the same, with the pelvis attached to the bar
Loss of line, failure to reach the plan etc, will be considered cumulative errors up to the cancellation of the pull.
IIn the event of failure to keep the 2" but with a transition to a propaedeutic without loss of the line, eg full planche to std planche, the evaluation will be equal to the sum of half of the skills
The full score in back lever close is intended with starting arms extended
Significance Bonus 2 first you perform the isometric seal and then the pulls.
* It is meant the complete movement from FL closed to inverted dead hang to closed Fl.

MU
Incomplete hefesto without the final part of Korean Dip
Hefesto or German Hang MU will be considered valid only with conclusion with the body over the bar and the arms extended
The grip variations to the standard will be worth a further increase through Significance Bonus 1, 2, 3.
Loss of line, non-achievement of the plan etc, will be considered cumulative errors up to the cancellation of the pull/push.
In case of repetition of push and/or pull without appreciable blocks (B.A. or S.A.), a malus of -10% will be applied.
In the event of repetition of push and/or pull in a bounced manner (B.A. or S.A.) or with a start without initial lock, a malus of -50% will be applied.
